CDelivery, Collection & Returns Information

Please note, orders with multiple items may be split into different deliveries, arriving separately. There won’t be any extra charge and you can check the delivery status of all your orders in My Account. ​

Delivery services are subject to availability and stock availability. All delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. All delivery dates represent the total number of working days we estimate to deliver your order. VILE SHOP KIDS will not be held responsible or provide any compensation for any loss caused due to late or delayed deliveries.​

Regular Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with everything you buy from VILE SHOP KIDS. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-calendar day returns policy. You can return any unused item for a refund or exchange as long as they’re in a re-saleable condition, in their original packaging with tags still attached. This excludes items that have been personalised for you, toiletries, underwear, swimwear, opened mattresses, refurbished items and clearance items marked with a red dot.
